What is “normal”? The meaning of “normal”.

Human intelligence is distributed according to the Gauss law – in human population 5-7% of people have very high intelligence, 5-7% have very low intelligence, and all remaining people are “normal”.
The question is: who are these “normal people” and what are the abilities of these “normal people”?
Are these “normal people” capable of independent thinking?
Or maybe “normal people” are just simple “parrot-people” who are able to remember and to repeat only the things which were taught to them (while the fools are incapable of even that)?
The whole human history shows that capable of fundamentally independent thinking are not those 5-7% people with high intelligence but instead only a single few (zero point zero zero percent). The whole human progress is pushed forwards only by the absolute minority, the active minority. And “normal people” are capable only to follow that active minority or to follow another active minority.

КОБРа рассказывает о том, что человеческий интеллект распределен якобы по нормальному закону. Это гипотеза, но это вполне возможно. КОБРа утверждает, что в человеческом обществе 5-7 % очень умных, 5-7 % дураков, а остальные нормальные люди. А что это такое нормальные люди и на что они способны? Способны ли нормальные люди на самостоятельное мышление? Или нормальные люди – это люди-попугаи, способные только запоминать и повторять то, чему их кто-то научил (дураки не способны даже и на это)? Вся человеческая история подтверждает, что на принципиальное самостоятельное мышление способны не 5-7% очень умных, а вообще единицы (ноль целых, ноль десятых). Всю человеческую историю делает абсолютное меньшинство, активное меньшинство. Народ способен или следовать за этим активным меньшинством, или следовать за другим активным меньшинством.
