Let's analyze more closely – what is cancer?
Cancer, also known as a malignant tumor or malignant neoplasm, is a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth with the potential to invade or spread to other parts of the body. Not all tumors are cancerous; benign tumors do not spread to other parts of the body. Possible signs and symptoms include: a new lump, abnormal bleeding, a prolonged cough, unexplained weight loss, and a change in bowel movements among others. While these symptoms may indicate cancer, they may also occur due to other issues. There are over 100 different known cancers that affect humans.

It is important to note, that many people do not understand and do not know that the cancer is not a single disease, however the cancer is the whole stack of different diseases, which have different underlying nature and different underlying mechanisms, however they all produce the same identical result – the affected cells begin infinite multiplication, and they multiply to such a level when the formed tumor begins to interfere with the functioning of the organism which may lead to the death of the organism.
There is a huge number of absolutely different biological mechanisms which produce the same identical results – (oncological) tumors, and all these different mechanisms have the same identical name – “cancer”.
Because the underlying biological mechanisms which cause the cancer are completely different, this means that the treatment of cancer needs completely different methods – in each case of cancer the individual unique approach is needed, because the treatment which is suitable for one type of cancer does not suit the other types of cancer, and so on.

Every time when somebody announces that he has found the cure for cancer, he is vigorously attacked the skeptic scientists – why does this happen?
The answer is simple. Different cancers have completely different underlying nature, thus if somebody succeeds in curing one or several people from cancer, this does not mean that this curing method will be effective for other types of cancer.

To clarify the idea let’s illustrate with the concrete example.
Simoncini decided that cancer is a fungus caused by Candida, and Simoncini discovered that Candida can be killed by sodium bicarbonate (a.k.a. baking soda, bread soda, cooking soda, and bicarbonate of soda).
When Simoncini realised that cancer is a fungal infection, or infestation, he went in search of something that would kill the fungus and so remove the cancer. He realised that anti-fungal drugs don't work because the fungus quickly mutates to defend itself and then even starts to feed off the drugs that are prescribed to kill it.
Instead, Simoncini found something much, much simpler – sodium bicarbonate. Yes, the main ingredient in good old baking soda (but I stress not the same as baking soda, which has other ingredients).
He used this because it is a powerful destroyer of fungus and, unlike the drugs, the Candida cannot 'adapt' to it. The patient is given sodium bicarbonate orally and through internal means like an endoscope, a long thin tube that doctors use to see inside the body without surgery. This allows the sodium bicarbonate to be placed directly on the cancer – the fungus.

Simoncini succeeded in curing several people from cancer using sodium bicarbonate and Simoncini had made the wrong conclusion that all cancers can be cured using sodium bicarbonate and Simoncini declared that sodium bicarbonate is the panacea from cancer.
When other people tried to reproduce Simoncini’s experiments they had failed to cure cancer using sodium bicarbonate, and they had made the wrong conclusion that it is impossible to cure cancer using sodium bicarbonate.
However, the reality is following. Sodium bicarbonate does can cure cancer in some rare cases when you have particular form of cancer which is susceptible to sodium bicarbonate.
If you will take 1000 patients who have cancer and if you will try to heal them using sodium bicarbonate then 990 patients will die without being cured and 10 patients will be healed – and what conclusion will be declared by skeptic scientists about this statistics? They will declare that these 10 patients have healed by themselves and sodium bicarbonate has nothing to do with the recovery of these patients, they will declare that it is impossible to cure cancer using sodium bicarbonate. However this conclusion is incorrect. Sodium bicarbonate can be used as medicine against cancer, however only in the cases when you have the form of cancer which is susceptible to sodium bicarbonate.

What are the methods of cancer treatment today?
In USA only three methods of cancer treatment are allowed:
1) surgery (the removal of the tumor issue – resection);
2) chemotherapy;
3) radiotherapy (therapy using ionizing radiation).
If you will try to heal the patient who has cancer using any other method than these three above, you will be jailed as criminal.

Let‘s analyze more detailed these cancer treatments methods.
Surgery is effective only in the case of benign tumor, in other words when the tumor does not invade other tissues and do not metastase. In the case of malignant tumor the surgery is not effective because after the tumor’s removal the tumor regrows in the same or other places.

Radiation therapy works by damaging the DNA of cells – both of cancerous cells and of healthy cells, with the expectation that cancerous cells will be destroyed faster than the healthy cells of the patient.
Radiation therapy works by damaging the DNA of cancerous cells. This DNA damage is caused by one of two types of energy, photon or charged particle. This damage is either direct or indirect ionization of the atoms which make up the DNA chain. Indirect ionization happens as a result of the ionization of water, forming free radicals, notably hydroxyl radicals, which then damage the DNA.

The essence of chemotherapy’s method is identical to radiotherapy – all cells of the organism (both of cancerous cells and of healthy cells) are poisoned, with the expectation that cancerous cells will be destroyed faster than the healthy cells of the patient.

It is important to note that people do no know and the following information is hidden from the people. Chemotherapy is the poisoning of all cells of the organism. However the poisons which are used in the chemotherapy can be of different sorts – there are myriads of different sorts of poisons.
In other words, “chemotherapy” is an abstract appellative noun which does not tell anything concrete.

We will clarify this by using the analogy.
Antibiotics are the chemicals which kill the microbes or prevent their growth and multiplication.
Antibiotics or antibacterials are a type of antimicrobial used in the treatment and prevention of bacterial infection. They may either kill or inhibit the growth of bacteria. Several antibiotics are also effective against fungi and protozoans, and some are toxic to humans and animals, even when given in therapeutic dosage. Antibiotics are not effective against viruses such as the common cold or influenza, and may be harmful when taken inappropriately.

Antibiotics damage both human cells and microbes, however microbes are killed faster that human cells. However antibiotic can be effective only when the antibiotic perfectly matches the target-microbe in the same way as the key must match the lock.
If antibiotic is chosen incorrectly then the effect to the microbe will be zero and human cells will be damaged by this antibiotic.
If antibiotic is chosen incorrectly then the patient can drink 100 kg of such antibiotic, however the effect for the microbes will be zero and the patient will die because of antibiotic’s effect on his human cells.
In other words, “antibiotic” is an abstract appellative noun which does not tell anything concrete.
In order to treat particular disease X you need to use particular antibiotic Y, very precise concrete type of antibiotic.

Exactly the same is with the chemotherapy.
Different poisons which are used in chemotherapy have different effectiveness in killing the cells of concrete cancer.
One type of poison is more effective on one type of cancerous cells, other type of poison is more effective on other type of cancerous cells, and very often poisons have zero effect on cancerous cells.
Poisons which are used in chemotherapy do poison the whole human organism, so before carrying out the chemotherapy procedure, it is worthwhile to test whether that concrete X type of poison has any effect on concrete cancerous cells of the patient or it has no effect at all. If that concrete X type of poison has zero effect on cancerous cells of the concrete patient then after carrying out chemotherapy procedure the whole organism of the man will be poisoned with zero effect on cancerous cells, in other words, such chemotherapy procedure will do a lot of damage and will produce zero benefit.

Before carrying out chemotherapy procedure, the first thing you need to do is to find out which particular type of poison is the most effective on cancerous cells of that concrete patient and if this type of poison has any effect at all on cancerous cells of that concrete patient.
This can be accomplished by carrying out chemosensitivity test which is done in the following way. Several cells from the tumor are taken out and are placed into the Petri dish where they can multiply, then grown up cells are split into multiple separate Petri dishes and each separate Petri dish is tested with different poisons to see which poison affects cancerous cells and if this poison has any effect at all. This way you can select the type poison which is the most effective for the particular type of cancer or you can find out that all of your tested poisons have zero effect on cancerous cells. This is needed for the simple reason – to avoid the poisoning of organism with poison X which will have zero effect in curing cancer.
A chemosensitivity assay is a laboratory test that measures the number of tumor cells that are killed by chemotherapy. The test is done after the tumor cells are removed from the body. A chemosensitivity assay may help in choosing the best drug or drugs for the cancer being treated.
With dozens of chemotherapy agents and hundreds of combinations available for treatment, oncologists often select a regimen from standard protocols developed in clinical trials.

Ask your acquaintances and relatives who had cancer and who had been treated with chemotherapy – does anyone of them have ever heard about chemosensitivity test? Does anyone of them was ever tested with chemosensitivity test? Ask them and you will find out that nobody of them neither had heard about chemosensitivity test nor had been tested with the chemosensitivity test. Even more, doctors who treat cancer also very often have no clue about the chemosensitivity test.
Even if some doctor has heard about chemosensitivity test, when you will ask him about the chemosensitivity test, he will try to diverge the conversation to some off-topic.
Why is such situation with the chemosensitivity test?
Answer is simple. In order to carry out the chemosensitivity test, you need to carry out this test for each patient personally, and this testing takes a lot of time and involves a lot of work. It is much easier to poison all patients with the same type of poison, it is not worth to waste time choosing different poison for each patient personally.
Another important thing is that different poisons have different price and their price can differ thousand times. Doctors can earn much higher profit when using more expensive poison in chemotherapy. Sometimes doctor can propose for a patient to choose one poison from several types of poisons, which have different prices, however doctor will explain that more expensive poison is a better choice. The reality however is different – the expensiveness of the poison has no relation with its effectiveness. Expensive poison might have little effect on particular type of cancer while poison with almost zero price can be much more effective. All this can be found out by carrying out the chemosensitivity test. However if you will carry out the chemosensitivity test and if you will find out that the cancerous cells are most effectively killed by some costless sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), then you will be unable to charge the patient with big bill for chemotherapy procedure. Thus it is much easier and much more profitable to poison the patient with the poison which has the highest price.
When all patients are poisoned with the same identical poison, then the outcome result of such treatment is like in the lottery. You will be very lucky if this particular poison X has an effect on your cancerous cells – in that case you will have a chance to be healed, however if this particular poison X has zero effect on your cancerous cells, then the tumor will stay unaffected and your organism will be weakened by poisoning and the cancer will kill you sooner. That is exactly the reason why some patients die after chemotherapy procedure and other patients are healed – that is pure lottery.
It is important to note another reason why chemosensitivity tests are not carried out. When cancerous cells are grown in Petri dish, they might react to poison differently than the same identical cancerous cells inside the human organism. That is because the exterior surroundings of the cells affect the results of poisoning. That is the reason why the results obtained from chemosensitivity test might be different from the results of poisoning of the same identical cancerous cells inside the human organism. In other words, chemosensitivity test does not ensure one hundred percent reliability, however still radically reduces the probability of poisoning the patient with the poison which has zero effect on cancerous cells of that patient.
So why to bother yourself with the question if the patient will be poisoned meaningfully or not during the chemotherapy procedure. The purpose is to take all the patient’s money and then the sooner the patient dies the better.

Another thing which people do not know and it is hidden from people – sometimes when cancerous cells are taken from the tumor and are placed into the Petri dish for multiplication, these cancerous cells turn into normal healthy cells. In other words, these cells behaved like cancerous cells inside the human body, however in Petri dish they turn into normal healthy cells. And this means that the exterior surrounding of the cell is the factor which switches the healthy cell into the cancerous cell or switches the cancerous cell into the healthy cell.
It is important to note that this is valid not for all cancerous cells, however only for some particular types or cancer. How does this happen, what is the underlying mechanism? The underlying mechanism is simple.
In the cell’s DNA molecule some genes are “turned-off” (inactive) and some genes are “turned-on” (active). External signal can “turn-off” or “turn-on” some particular genes while maintaining the code of DNA molecule intact – this mechanism is called “epigenetics”.
Epigenetic changes can modify the activation of certain genes, but not the sequence of DNA.

Using external signal it is possible to “turn-on” or “turn-off” some particular genes and to turn healthy cell into cancerous cell or cancerous cell into healthy cell.
How this external signal is controlled? Very simple. It is controlled via neurohumoral system, in other words, via bodily fluids which nourish the cell (blood, lympha, interstitial fluid).
Substances, which are contained in the blood/lympha, can turn on/off some genes in cell’s DNA strand and thus healthy cell might be converted into cancerous cell, or cancerous cell can be converted into healthy cell.
What determines what substances are present in the blood/lympha? This depends on two things:
1) on what kind of substances get into the organism from the exterior, and the only way for substances to get in from the exterior is with the food;
2) on what kind of metabolic processes are happening inside man’s organs.
If some organ A (no matter due to which causes) begins to synthesize the substance X then this substance X via blood/lympha travels to organ B and can turn on/off some genes in DNA strand of the cells of organ B and can turn cells of organ B into cancerous cells. And while organ A will be synthesizing the substance X, the organ B will be turned into cancerous tumor. If the syntheses of the substance X will be stopped then the organ B gets a chance to be cured.
As it was mentioned earlier, substances get into the organism with the food, thus if the composition of food is changed then it is possible to turn on/off some particular genes in DNA strand and to turn cancerous cells into healthy cells or turn healthy cells into cancerous cells. It is important to note that when a man eats food, human cells are unable to assimilate the food which is present in the guts. “Good” bacterias, which live inside guts, digest the food which is present in the guts, and human cells assimilate the outcome products of the activity of these bacterias, in other words, the chain is following:
food inside the guts -> bacterias digest that food and “poop” it -> human cells digest the “poops” of the bacterias.
That means that the changing of food ration might be not helpful in case when bacterias have began “pooping” substances which cause cancer independently on what kind of food is present in man’s guts. That is the reason why changing of food ration is not enough, you also need to kill harmful bacterias and to breed good bacterias. How can you replace the harmful bacterias with the good bacterias? One way to accomplish that is the drastic shocking change of the food diet, as for example, if a man was meat-eater then he needs to switch to strict vegetarianism or raw foodism. The bacterias which live inside man’s guts were fed with the meat and then suddenly the meat does not arrive anymore, however these bacterias are unable to feed on grasses. All meat-eating bacterias perish from hunger and are replaced by vegetarian bacterias. Because original bacterias, which were “pooping” substances which cause cancer, are now perished, the organism heals from the cancer.
The worldwide obesity epidemic is stimulating efforts to identify host and environmental factors that affect energy balance. Comparisons of the distal gut microbiota of genetically obese mice and their lean littermates, as well as those of obese and lean human volunteers have revealed that obesity is associated with changes in the relative abundance of the two dominant bacterial divisions, the Bacteroidetes and the Firmicutes. Here we demonstrate through metagenomic and biochemical analyses that these changes affect the metabolic potential of the mouse gut microbiota. Our results indicate that the obese microbiome has an increased capacity to harvest energy from the diet. Furthermore, this trait is transmissible: colonization of germ-free mice with an 'obese microbiota' results in a significantly greater increase in total body fat than colonization with a 'lean microbiota'. These results identify the gut microbiota as an additional contributing factor to the pathophysiology of obesity.

There are many documented cases when people having cancer have switched into the strict vegetarianism or raw foodism and as the result they have cured their cancer. It is important to note that vegetarian diet is effective not for all cases of cancer, but only for some particular cancers.
Here we have classical standard situation. Those people, who have succeeded in curing cancer after the switch to vegetarianism, declare themselves as the great teachers and begin to teach everybody that vegetarianism is the panacea for cancer.
However meat-eaters-doctors begin to attack such people claiming that vegetarianism is the heresy and does not cure cancer – go and have a look at thousands of cases when people with cancer have become vegetarians and still had died from cancer without being cured, and they died even sooner because of the switch to vegetarianism. However the truth is that both sides are wrong. Vegetarianism does cure cancer in some cases (the underlying mechanism was describes above), however it is not the panacea from cancer, there are many types of cancer for which vegetarianism is not helpful at all.

Neurohumoral system is also regulated via neural commands, as for example during permanent stress the adrenaline is continually released, which leads to the imbalance of chemical substances in the organism which might cause the cancer. In this case the cancer can be cured by bringing human brain into vegetable-like state which is achieved by meditation, religious prayers, atheistic autogenic training, etc. (which is described in details in the description of Neurocluster Brain Model).

The healing of cancer via epigenetic mechanism is possible only when the DNA code of the cell is not damaged irreparably, only when the cells had become cancerous cells due epigenetics (incorrect turn off/on of the genes).

Very often cancerous cells have irreparable damaged DNA strand.
Good classical example of such case is HeLa cell, which has 82 chromosomes instead of standard 46.
A HeLa cell, also Hela or hela cell, is a cell type in an immortal cell line used in scientific research. It is the oldest and most commonly used human cell line. The line was derived from cervical cancer cells taken on February 8, 1951 from Henrietta Lacks, a patient who eventually died of her cancer on October 4, 1951. The cell line was found to be remarkably durable and prolific as illustrated by its contamination of many other cell lines used in research.
Chromosome number
Horizontal gene transfer from human papillomavirus 18 (HPV18) to human cervical cells created the HeLa genome which is different from Henrietta Lacks's genome in various ways, including its number of chromosomes. HeLa cells have a modal chromosome number of 82, with four copies of chromosome 12 and three copies of chromosomes 6, 8, and 17.

It is obvious that when cancerous cells have irreparable damaged DNA strand then there is no way to convert these cancerous cells back into normal cells. These irreparable cancerous cells must be destroyed or otherwise they will kill the patient.

Very often these cancerous cells are immortal, in other words, they can multiply infinite number of times without aging.
However normal healthy cells can divide only 40-60 times and then they perish because of old age.
The Hayflick limit(or Hayflick phenomenon) is the number of times a normal human cell population will divide until cell division stops. Empirical evidence shows that the telomeres associated with each cell's DNA will get slightly shorter with each new cell division until they shorten to a critical length.
The Hayflick limit was discovered by Leonard Hayflick in 1961, at the Wistar Institute in Philadelphia. Hayflick demonstrated that a population of normal human fetal cells in a cell culture will divide between 40 and 60 times.

What is the underlying mechanism of aging? It is very simple. When the cell divides then its DNA strand is split and copied, however during the copying process the ends of DNA strand are lost and not copied, and as a result, after each cell division, DNA strand becomes shorter and shorter, in similar way as the candle shortens when burning. After 40-60 divisions of the cell, the DNA strand becomes so short that it can no longer multiply and perishes. Which means that the length of human’s lifetime is encoded into DNA strand and the man cannot live longer that 40-60 divisions of the cell, and meditation and prayers and “healthy lifestyle” will not help in extension of the man’s life duration.

Another promising approach for curing cancer (and also killing various viruses and bacteria) is to irradiate them with electromagnetic/acoustic waves tuned at a resonance frequency which would destroy cancer cells (and also viruses and bacteria).
There are various different devices constructed based on the principle of irradiation with resonance frequency – in USA most known device is called “Rife machine”, in Russia most known is another device with the name “катушка Мишина” (the name of the treatment method is “вихревая медицина”), and similar.
The effectiveness of such “resonance frequency irradiation” devices and treatment needs more investigation, because there are different reports on this subject. Some people claim this method is effective in curing cancer, however other people claim that this is a fraud. This topic needs more investigation.
In physics, resonance is a phenomenon in which a vibrating system or external force drives another system to oscillate with greater amplitude at specific frequencies.
Frequencies at which the response amplitude is a relative maximum are known as the system's resonant frequencies or resonance frequencies. At resonant frequencies, small periodic driving forces have the ability to produce large amplitude oscillations, due to the storage of vibrational energy.

Almost all “spiritual teachers” teach that if you will become “spiritually advanced” then supposedly you will never get cancer, and if you already have cancer then you will be cured from the cancer.
However the reality is different – all these “spiritual teachers” get cancers and other illnesses themselves, exactly the same as ordinary people.

He claimed to be the reincarnation of Sai Baba of Shirdi who was considered a god and a miracle worker, whose teachings were an eclectic blend of Hindu and Muslim beliefs, and who died in 1918.
Old age, illness and death
On 28 March 2011, Sai Baba was admitted to the Sri Sathya Sai Super Speciality Hospital at Prashantigram at Puttaparthi, following respiration-related problems. After nearly a month of hospitalisation, during which his condition progressively deteriorated, Sai Baba died on Sunday, 24 April at 7:40 IST
